Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product size and delivery address. Delivery is kerbside/ground-level only; upstairs delivery, delivery into a building, delivery into a room and installation are not included. If additional delivery services are requested or re-delivery is required, extra charges will be borne by the customer. Some remote areas may require extra charges or may not be serviceable. If the outer packaging shows minor transit-related damage, please still accept the delivery and inspect the product inside. If there is any issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, let us know within 14 days with photos. We're here to help with replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund. Change-of-mind returns require approval and may involve return freight and a restocking fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
