Important Note
Colour & Finish: Product colours, finishes, textures, grain patterns and other surface details may appear slightly different in real life compared with photos shown on your screen, due to lighting conditions, natural material characteristics and device display settings.
Size: Measurements are taken manually, and slight variations from the listed dimensions may occur.
Material: Natural variations in texture, grain or pattern are normal and form part of the material’s characteristics.
Care: Clean with a soft, dry cloth only. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Customisation fees may apply. Products are supplied in the standard configuration unless otherwise selected.
Notice: Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, grain, pattern or size are considered normal and do not constitute product defects. Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted solely on the basis of these variations, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
