Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product size and delivery address. Delivery is kerbside/ground-level only; upstairs delivery, delivery into a building, delivery into a room and installation are not included. If additional delivery services are requested or re-delivery is required, extra charges will be borne by the customer. Some remote areas may require extra charges or may not be serviceable. If the outer packaging shows minor transit-related damage, please still accept the delivery and inspect the product inside. If there is any issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, let us know within 14 days with photos. We're here to help with replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund. Change-of-mind returns require approval and may involve return freight and a restocking fee. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Customisation fees may apply. Products are supplied in the standard configuration unless otherwise selected.

Reception Desk Information
Handcrafted Construction: Each fully assembled reception desk is individually handcrafted, and minor variations in finish, surface details, or internal construction may occur. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted furniture and do not affect functionality or structural integrity.
Finish Details: Solid colour designs generally feature a painted gloss finish, while wood-grain designs may use decorative wood-grain surfaces or veneer finishes with a protective coating. Slight variations in texture, grain, and finish may occur.
